What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is the purchasing of a product that is pending production before it can be shipped. Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the item ships. Offering pre-order allows us to get a better estimate of quantities, before production begins. You will be kept up-to-date on the status of your order via the email you provided during checkout. We are currently sold out, be sure to sign up for our newsletter to be notified when our elixirs are available for pre-order again.

How long will it take to process my order?

Pre-orders launched March 1, 2022 and closed April 13, 2022. Pre-orders are anticipated to ship out the 2nd week of May 2022. We are hoping to get them to you sooner, however, this is our current time frame. You will receive email notifications to keep you updated on the status of your order. We promise not to leave you in the dark!

Is this company black-owned?

Our founder is Bre'anna Wilson who is an African-American female. Bella Gaura, LLC is a minority-owned and run company.

How natural are your products?

Our products do not contain any silicones, fillers, parabens, sulfates, propylene glycol, polyquaternium-7, trethanolamine, formaldehyde releasing preservatives, petroleum derivatives, or synthetic fragrances. We uphold ourselves to high standards and do not use any ingredients we would not use on ourselves. All of our ingredients are #butterflyapproved and listed on our website and on our labels so you never have to guess what you are putting on your hair and scalp and most importantly, your body.

Do I have to have natural hair in order to use your products?

Absolutely not! Bella Gaura was built on the philosophy “every goddess deserves a healthy crown.” Our products are suitable and can be used for all hair types.

Do you do any animal testing?

We do not conduct any animal testing for our products.

Do your products contain nut ingredients?

Yes, many of our products are made with various nut oils. Please read the ingredient list carefully before purchasing and always do a skin patch test to ensure there is no allergic reaction.

Do your products contain preservatives?

At this time, no they do not. Our elixirs have an average shelf life of 6-8 months.

What is the shelf life of your product?

Most of our products will remain fresh for 6-8 months, if stored properly. Keep your products out of direct sunlight and at or below room temperature.

Do you really make all of your products by hand?

Yes, every last one of them! Maintaining the quality and integrity of our products is super important to us.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in Texas.

What retail stores carry your products?

Our products are only available online at www.bellagaura.com.

What's your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your products by emailing  help@bellagaura.com for further assistance and instruction.
